1. I acknowledge that this application form does not constitute an approval by the Saudi Entertainment Ventures Company (“SEVEN”) nor an agreement to lease. I understand and acknowledge that this application form is subject to the review and approval of SEVEN and that SEVEN is not bound by this application form whatsoever nor does SEVEN have to take any action in connection herewith. I further acknowledge that the possession of, or access to, the property will not be granted until a final lease agreement is signed between us and SEVEN. 2. I acknowledge that SEVEN has the right, at its discretion, to deny the review of this application or reject the same, and that SEVEN is under no obligation whatsoever to provide a reason for the same. 3. I hereby certify that the information provided in this application form is true, accurate and complete. I hereby acknowledge that SEVEN shall have the right to request to verify all the information and references provided in this application form and make independent inquiries for the purposes of assessing my eligibility and suitability to lease the property.
